The software is free and open source. What you pay for is the service: getting rakazo installed, configured, and verified on your own server. Three levels, depending on how much you want to do yourself:

What Done-For-You includes
A complete handover: server setup → rakazo installation → HTTPS and domain → you register the owner account and connect your model (about 30 minutes of your time) → signups locked → first bot passes memory and tool-use acceptance tests → delivery log and backup walkthrough. This is a semi-automated service by design: the installer itself takes minutes — what you pay for is someone making sure every step is right, and someone to call when it isn't.
What it does not include
VPS and domain costs; your model subscription or API usage; third-party integration outages or fees; 24/7 instant response; ongoing upgrades and monitoring unless you are on Managed Hosting. Credential steps (passwords, verification codes, API keys) are always performed by you personally — we provide instructions and live guidance, and never ask for or accept your secrets.
How to book
